We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to work with a cohesive team of energy and environment professionals.  The Jobholder will have following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, collating applications, screening resumes, contacting candidates, preparing papers for interview panel, supervising written test etc.
  • Keeping staff records upto date. Updating employees’ databases / intranet by inputting employment detail
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new joinees
  • Supporting staff learning and development process. Organising training events
  • Facilitating the performance management and evaluation system
  • Managing staff benefit programmes and responding to the queries received from staff
  • Administering Group Health Insurance scheme. Be a point person for responding to staff queries and service provider;
  • Any other tasks delegated by the Head-HR&OD from time to time

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Psychology / Business Administration from a premium institute is required. Post-Graduate qualification in HR is preferred
  • 4 – 5 years of working experience is required. Experience in handling recruitment through social media platforms is desirable
  • Highly developed sense of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, and presentation skills
  • Superior teamworking and collaborating skills
  • Drive, Commitment and Ownership for the delegated responsibilities

Selected candidate will be expected to start at the earliest.
