Mobility Next Hyderabad Summit on ‘India-US & India-UK Strategic Knowledge Exchange Dialogue on Better Planning of Distribution Grid with higher adoption of Electric Vehicles’ was organised by Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) to bring together state-level utility experts for the India-US & India–UK Strategic Knowledge Exchange Dialogue on Better Planning of Distribution Grid with higher adoption of Electric Vehicles to create a knowledge base on best practices, case studies and policies that have been implemented in mature markets that could be knowledge bases for Indian utilities to potentially adapt and implement in their regions of influence to better manage the grid with greater EV adoption. Narayankumar Sreekumar, Associate Director-Electric Mobility, Shakti, moderated a session between international and Indian utility officials where discussion of revolved around Charging infrastructure programs and financing.
