State governments have access to several finance options for climate change mitigation but administrative issues within state governments have led to sizeable under utilisation of available funds for climate-related investments. The reports in this initiative aim to analyse the mitigation-oriented climate finance options available to state governments within their budgets and state or central schemes and programs.
