Unleashing the Power of Teamwork in Aurangabad!
The Shakti Team gathered in the culturally vibrant city of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, to celebrate the 2023 annual offsite.
The offsite began with a full-day workshop, to encourage teamwork and collaboration. To foster stronger team cohesion, team members were asked to form several groups and they participated in a variety of engaging employee activities to inculcate and improve brought out collaborative spirit. The day-long activities provided an opportunity to refine various key skills as well as honed creative problem-solving skills.
A cultural and historically immersive experience was planned as a trip to famous Ajanta and Ellora Caves, renowned for their remarkable sculptures in the city steeped in history and adorned with magnificent sculptures. The team explored the caves guided by a local tour guide who explained the history behind the brilliance of human craftsmanship.
Shakti team worked closely together, transforming the offsite into a memorable experience. Not only to strengthen the bonds but also to gain fresh perspectives that will fuel our pursuit of excellence. This offsite served as an unforgettable blend of learning, exploration, and team building.
