This year we celebrated Shakti's 14th Foundation Day on October 5. To make this day special as well as create a sense of pride and belonging towards the organisation, some interesting activities were planned for the team members.
Many of the team members who have spent many years at the organisation and some of the new employees, shared their experiences about working at Shakti.
To raise awareness, a about Shakti as an organisation and about its history, vision, mission and values, an engaging manner a ‘Shakti Quiz’ was organised. All team members participated enthusiastically in the quiz.
A ‘Shakti Wall’ was created where all the team members wrote what Shakti’s stands for and what Shakti means to them. It was a successful exercise that gave an opportunity to team members to think about the organisation and express their thoughts.
