Moutushi Sengupta

Moutushi Sengupta leads Co-Impact’s programme strategy and grant making in Asia. Prior to joining Co-Impact, Moutushi led the India programme for the John D and Catherine T MacArthur Foundation.  In her role as the Country Director, Moutushi oversaw strategic grant making efforts to civil society organisations, research agencies, policy think tanks working across the country on adolescence, sexual and reproductive health of young women and girls, and later, on climate change mitigation. Between 2009-2013, Moutushi worked with the first southern Oxfam, Oxfam India, as its Director of Programmes and Advocacy. She brings over twenty-five years of experience in development and grant making, systems change initiatives, public policy and governance, strategy building and execution, program design, advocacy and campaigns, capacity building, networking and coalition building.
